Poor Service + High Price + Poor Food

I was a huge fan of this restaurant but had not been to the new location, so decided to try it with a group of 8 people. The service was so bad, that in fact it ruined the night for the entire group. The servers were rushed, rude, and just ttossing dishes at the table. We mentioned the issues to the manager who responded by lashing out in anger, and actually getting mad at our group. I was a huge fan of this restaurant but had not been to the new location, so decided to try it with a group of 8 people. The service was so bad, that in fact it ruined the night for the entire group. The servers were rushed, rude, and just ttossing dishes at the table. We mentioned the issues to the manager who responded by lashing out in anger, and actually getting mad at our group. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The meat quality was fair, and tasted ok. But obviosuly your experience at an expensive higher end BBQ isn't just about the meat quality, its about the service. So if you combine fair food quality, with terrible service, and it being overpriced, the value is the worst it would be. My whole group and I have vowed never to return to this restaurant and I encourage all to do the same. Theres so many amazing Korean restaurants with great food in Hong Kong, that this one would be a waste of time and money.
