This chain is my popular choice for a quick meal, and I am usually satisfied with what I pay for what I get. This restaurant is seriously short of staff, usually requiring a lot effort and time to get a waiter to come to your desk for order taking. You easily see many untidy tables around as the number of staff simply couldn't handle such amount of work. Most of staff try to pretend they don't see the customers waving hands to them. There were a couple of times I finally made up my mind to leave without ordering, after failing to get someone to take my order for at least 10 mins. I then went to the Shanghainese restaurant next door and got my first dish in just 10-15 mins.

The food quality can no longer be associated with its brand. People used to say "Despite the price, you get better food at Tsui Wah", but I think this is not true anymore. I had experiences of getting cold stir-fried egg with okra, absolutely tasteless fried chicken leg and a toast with both sides white (guess the slice of bread might be toasted for 10 seconds).
