My wife was having dinner with her friends tonight, thus I need to settle my dinner alone. I just went down nearby to grab a quick dinner, so I just entered into Tatsujin Ramen. It was located at Woo Sung street, couple of minutes walk from Jordan MTR.For a small ramen store, their selection was plentiful, offering up to 12 flavours for their ramen. Double soup ramen - This was one of their signature ramen, and it contained both tonkotsu and bonito soup. The soup was very flavourful and slightly thick in texture. Ramen was chewy and soft, and pork meat was fat and juicy as well. Lava egg was soft and smooth as well.
Pan fried chicken gristle dumplings - It was pan fried till very crispy and soft and chicken gristle was chewy as well. Soy sauce was provided to enhance the flavour.
