After a game of soccer, we were hungry and tired, thus we went to a restaurant nearby to have dinner first before heading back home. BBQ pork and roast pork with thick noodle - Thick noodle was chewy, with soy sauce making it flavourful in taste. BBQ pork was sweet and juicy, while roast pork was crispy and chewy, very flavourful. Soup was clear and nourishing, sweet as well as it absorbed the essence of the ingredients such as sweet corn and pork etc.
Shrimp eggs with thick noodle - Thick noodle was chewy, with the shrimp eggs making it flavourful. Mala pig ears was chewy and crunchy, spicy in taste.
Spicy shredded chicken and jellyfish - Shredded chicken was smooth and juicy and jellyfish was chewy and crunchy, both spicy and appetizing.
Mala shredded potato were sliced till thin, chewy and spicy, with spicy oil at the bottom of the plate.
