My friend and I decided to have a early dinner at kornhill plaza on Monday night after shopping, we stopped by pizza express.Since both of us are not meat lover, so we are glad to know that the vegetarian menu have 10% off today.We ordered baci Verde, leggera superfood salad from that menu and our favourite QF pizza as well. During the whole dining experience, we felt so sweet to be served and be taken care by a nice guy in casual wear, his service is excellent, professional, friendly and attent

During the whole dining experience, we felt so sweet to be served and be taken care by a nice guy in casual wear, his service is excellent, professional, friendly and attentive. After the meal, he recommend a prefect dessert for us to share.
it's our first time to visit this branch and he gave us a warm impression to visit here again in the coming future and the motivation to recommend this restaurant to others. Hence people is a key factor for a successful business
When my friend back home, she took a look at the receipt and noticed there's no discount on it, so being curious and gave a call to the shop. a guy on phone who sounds impolite questioned my friend if she ordered from the vegetarian menu, or if she ordered from the main menu there will be no discount. of course we do, if not how come we noticed about that 10%?? My friend try to provide the check number for his reference, he rejected and answered"that's no use for the number, just come over to grab your refund back" and cut off the phone. we called back to the shop again and asked for the one who's speaking on phone.
Actually we are not spending a lot for this dinner, and $19.1 refund is not a big number as well.
However, everything will be ended by such rude service and cheating way to deal with issues.
May I know is that the company culture like that? I have no idea, but beg the training department should put some more efforts in the year of Dog.
