So lucky that I can come to try this premium dinner with my boss... as I heard that this is a very famous shop in HK.The bar front is filled with appealing seafood ... Later comes with the Japanese hairy crab - which is surprising that was still warm with quite a strong crab taste... and the best part here is the crab yolk on the top... very yummy and with excellent after-taste.

Sashimi part was excellent too, with a mouth piece of Toro, so fatty and smooth... and the fatty Hamachi and the Ebi (Prawn) were all very sweet and fresh...

Surprising that Chef Nishimura San overheard us that we are crab lovers, and so, a second dish of crab has been kindly offered to us... Touching !! It's the snow crab meat with stuffing mixed with potato and vegetable.   Creamy and yummy... very very nice.

Finally, the last dish to fill up our stomach was this simple noodle... warm, not too salty but tasty soup... I almost finish all the noodle soup... ha ha...
