I have to confess that my favorite food in COVA has always been bread tray. Seriouly, I love it. I know, they never change the bread choice. but yes. I never tired of the bread.We have 5 choice of bread tonight. white, wheat, biscuit, cheese twist and salty.The set comes with some generous amount of ham and salad already. Something I really appreciate COVA is that they choose quality meat/heat/veggie/cheese even for salad. We didnt expect that much of the ham so we order cesar salad as well. Als

We didnt expect that much of the ham so we order cesar salad as well. Also a nice choice. Our second thought is that this is not necessary.
Pumpkin soup. This pumpkin soup is not too creamy which is nice because we dont have the full and rich feeling. so we can continued to enjoy our next dish.
Scallops linguine. This is one of the best dish for tonight. The scalop is so firm (means freash?) It has that buttery taste and delicate texture. the Linguine is cooked to al dente.
Beef 1.2kg
Wow its so giant, so hearty. Its also one of the best tasting beef too. The only down side is that its a bit cooked.
