Went for dinner. Luckily there was no line this time!Ordered the bolognese penne with poached eggs ($106), the boasted stuffed pigeon bun with chips ($168), a kale salad and two drinks (one pot of breakfast) and a premium hot chocolate.Staff were very attentive but very forceful. Impressed with the service honestly because it was end of the day and pretty sure everything was beat but the waiters remained professional and attentive.I thought the restaurant receptionist/usher could have been more

Staff were very attentive but very forceful. Impressed with the service honestly because it was end of the day and pretty sure everything was beat but the waiters remained professional and attentive.
I thought the restaurant receptionist/usher could have been more observant though as i was waiting outside to be ushered to my table but no one tended to me until i asked if i could walk right in because i saw a few tables and there was no line. Anyway to the food.
The food remained consistent across different branches. I always go to their Tsuen wan and Shatin one and would also order takeout so it it what you expect in terms of food quality. Decent.
The place was cozy and bright and with dinner set, you can add couple dollars for cake and starters such as a side salad)
I must recommend the premium hot chocolate ($46). It really tasted so good, very rich and chocolate-y and also at the bottle of the cup, you can actually use a spoon to scoop the thick chocolate (like those chocolate bar that just melted). Tried to refrain myself from getting another one as need to be mindful of the calorie intake
