i was overwhelmed by the selection when i first walked in, everything looked good (maybe cos i was starving) and i couldn't decide on a pizza or a sandwich, when i saw a batch of meatball heroes come out from the kitchen i had to have it. i was disappointed - the meatballs were dry and hard, the tomato sauce helped a little but because they were quite big the middle was still really dry. for almost $70 i would've expected more. The meat also tasted a bit funny.my friend had a selection of salad

my friend had a selection of salads from the salad bar (which didn't look that great, the food looked like it had been sitting there for ages, it could be because there weren't bright lights shining on them, or just that they _had_ been sitting around), anyways it was so bad she didn't even finish the tiny portion that she had.
i thought i'd give breakfast a chance, so i had a smoked salmon bagel ($28) this morning, that was another disappointment, i was given a bagel that wasn't really a bagel (but some sort of crusted bread with a hole) and smoked salmon. nothing else. i had expected a form of salad with it (lettuce/tomato/cucumber) but nada. the bagel wasn't toasted or anything.
i mean yes, it said on the menu 'bagel w/ smoked salmon' but erm, i didn't think it was so literal. so maybe i just made too many assumptions.
dont think i'll go back again, as the food is a bit over-priced but after seeing the comments on the philly steak i _may_ give it another try if i have the chance.
