Starting from the bottom layer, there is a nice mix of buttery scones, mini sliders and other cute bite size canapes.
Our favourite goes to their deep fried wagyu rice roll which is just lightly crunchy on the surface and a bit flaky on the inside from the nori.
The middle layer consists of a mix of sweet and savoury bites. Including bites like scallops on top of a beetroot corn bread, and tiramisu in a cup.
The upper layer has a nice selection of sweet treats like cupcakes, 70% Amedei chocolate cake, and the passion fruit sakura cookies with a jelly diamond on top, resembling the Peonia Diamond.
Lion Rock is not a bad place to enjoy a quality relaxing afternoon tea with your family or loved ones, overlooking one of the beauty of Hong Kong, the actual Lion Rock mountain!
