Hidden away in Yuen Long, @bravajava.hk is a Portuguese-vibe cafe with the prettiest ceramic tiles and tableware. Every single corner is totally instaworthy and you could easily pretend that you’re actually enjoying a classy brunch in Europe (or maybe Macau). I’s a little hard to find, but it’s outside of the K Plus mall, near Sinopec, right beside Red Duke Banquet RestaurantTheir menu offers all day breakfast choices, a range of sweet or savoury toppings on quality bread (like Italian ciabatta,
Their menu offers all day breakfast choices, a range of sweet or savoury toppings on quality bread (like Italian ciabatta, bagel and croffles) and specialised coffee/tea. We were eyeing their signature desserts too, but those generous portions left us stuffed (definitely coming back for them next time!) 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟯𝟴
The highlights of this hearty all day breakfast was definitely the blueberry bagel with cream cheese (worth the extra HKD3), the fresh and ripe avocado, the huge juicy portobello mushroom and the seasoned scrambled eggs which were served right off the pan. Personally think they could get rid of the baked beans, but maybe I’m just too picky 𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘® 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁™ 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 & 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟴𝟴
It was our first time to try the grated TINE® Brunost™ caramel cheese, which felt like a dessert with its salty sweetness and smooth creamy texture. We weren’t sure if such a special flavor would work with the cinnamon applesauce, but the blend was pure magic. The Italian ciabatta bread itself was quite crusty on the outside and had a chewy on the inside with the occasion raisin 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟰𝟮
So lucky that we got the cutest doggy latte art ever. The smooth earl grey flavor was distinct yet not too overbearing - absolutely on point!

Loved the option to choose between a classic or salted version of their chocolate drink. The milky flavor was spot-on and the touch of salt brought out a richness that made every sip more complex and satisfying. Just make sure to have those cameras ready because the latte art tends to get all bubbly as time goes by (doesn't affect the amazing taste though)
