Prolonged delay of food delivery

I couldn't believed that this is the second time of the delivery but worse than the first time I have ever had. I have been waiting for the order for a total of nearly two hours, which is the new record of my waiting of the delivery. I actually need to know about the food making progress before the delivery rider has arrived. Most of the items are fried food, but supposed should not been preping for more than an hour at the same time, this is not reasonable at all. If there are any mistakes made

I actually need to know about the food making progress before the delivery rider has arrived. Most of the items are fried food, but supposed should not been preping for more than an hour at the same time, this is not reasonable at all. If there are any mistakes made from the restaurant kitchen seriously this is their problem, not the rider's. I am extremely disappointed for this time as I used to wait for around one hour only for the first time.
