Had been recommended Sanpachi from my best friend after telling her that I was ramen bender... Didn't know what to expect from ramen in HK, but after lining up at about 9:30/10ish at night just to get a bowl of ramen, expectations were set on high!Tried the spicy ramen, but also got sides of egg and kimchi to liven it up, and was not disappointed. Tried the spicy ramen, but also got sides of egg and kimchi to liven it up, and was not disappointed. Maybe it was the time of night and lack of dinner to this point, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had been to another couple of ramen places around HK lately, but for now, this place is my favourite. Its just a shame its so small, but a side of chicken gristle was good enough to overcome the slight wait...
