Every year during the fall season, Starbucks brings out their famous Pumpkin Spice latte. It's great with flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and all things you love about pumpkin pie and all the goodness of autumn.When I came to Hong Kong, the Starbucks here didn't serve Pumpkin Spice latte. When I came to Hong Kong, the Starbucks here didn't serve Pumpkin Spice latte. I felt a bit sad. But recently, it has arrived. But only in select stores. So, I decided to try it out! Was it the same as the one back home?
You can choose the latte version of the frappucino version. For nostalgic sake, I tried the regular latte version.
Tall size: $42. I added cream because hey ... why not! I'm at Starbucks. I'm here not to be a coffee snob.
Tastewise? It was a lot sweeter than the one I'm used to. Less taste of the actual pumpkin spices was found as well. It was also way too milky. I was a bit disappointed. Unsure if I'll order it again. But maybe I'll try the frap version before it leaves stores. But then again, it's in select shops so I may not actually order it again.
