To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大埔某程度上都係我另一個家，今日咁啱我地想去食個舒舒服服嘅晚餐，於是就揸車去左大尾篤大尾篤雖然有d遠，揸車入去都要大概20分鐘，我地去到Luca泊好車，餐廳安排左我哋坐室外，由於最近天氣稍涼所以坐室外都唔算太熱我哋首先order左凱薩沙律，最鍾意佢酸酸地嘅汁食落去個口感更加爽脆我哋仲order左一個Parma Ham菠菜pizza,Luca嘅Pizza冇令我地失望過，而Parma Ham pizza係我哋每次去到必定要order的慢煮黑毛豬，豬肉唔會話太鞋而且又有d juicy,配合個sauce一流
