beef ragu pappardelle $248
pappardelle is of decent thickness so it also has enough bite to it. Again very al dente and the flat surface is the perfect vehicle for the rich beef ragu. Both pasta are quite greasy though.
On weekdays, they offer free drink (can really choose any drinks on the menu regardless of price) for any purchase of pasta/sourdough, that’s a good bargain! Matcha Latte and Dirty are both decent.

Everything in the tiramisu is housemade, that’s impressive. It’s the firmer style, with a set but still light mascarpone, coffee flavor is most prominent but liqueur is rather subtle. I do like the soft well-soaked ladyfinger. Overall gives a really smooth mouthfeel with balanced sweetness.

Surprisingly not overly sweet, quite balanced. Waffle ball reminds me of our HK egg waffle and Taiwanese egg mini cake. It’s crispy outside but soft pillowy inside with nice eggy flavor. Sweetness mainly come from the caramelized banana but balanced with a vanilla ice cream and subtle bitterness from the bits of deeply caramelized crunchy honeycomb.
