Carbonara is more or less a must-order dish as a reference line for me
when trying out new restaurants. NACASA didn't only passed the test- this dish scored VERY HIGH! Tender yet chewy spaghetti seasoned with plenty of cheese, cream, bacon and just the right amount of mushrooms and greens, made the perfect combination altogether. Don't forget the cherry on top- the soft boiled egg in Japanese hot spring style that acted as an extra layer of cream sauce to add even more flavor!
