For those who are not familiar with this dish, this is one of the most traditional Korean dishes called Ganjang gejang, made by marinating fresh raw crabs in a mild soy sauce-based brine and often served with a bowl of rice.🦀
The taste of the marinated crab was incredibly savory and briny but not overly salty, with a smooth and jelly-like texture, it goes impeccably delicious to savor with Jumeok-bap, a Korean-styled onigiri.🍙

Promoted as an "adult version" of Happy Meal, this fried chicken set came with a generous portion of crispy crinkle-cut fries and juicy fried chickens, quite an amount to satisfy my CRISPY cravings!🍗🍟
The set was also paired with Mr. Korea BBQ House Beer, an American pale ale that was freshly brewed in Hong Kong and contain around 5% abv, which had a flavor profile of lemon rinds, pine needles, and jasmine flavors.🍻
