To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

A restaurant worth to highly recommend to everybody😉 not only because of the relatively high quality variety food, free boiled eggs but also a good price range and welcoming efficient staff. First come first, I always enjoy the free hard boiled egg before my meal here🥳 As expected, egg shell was easily fallen off, egg was cooked perfectly. I was prepared for my main course and sides 🤪

We ordered the weekend ramen lunch set, Ankake ramen with deep fried tofu, scallion ramen with another deep fried tofu and pork cartilage ramen with dumplings.

There were two massive pork cartilage in the ramen. Pork cartilage was juicy and tender. Meat can be easily bite off in slices. More on the meat side instead of the jelly texture. Ramen was cooked al dante. Soup was very savoury. Good that not as oily.

Ankake ramen was specialised of their soup. Personally not my choice but my friend's all time favourite. I find it too salty and thick but she found it perfect. It was served with a big lean char siu. Ramen coated with the thick soup, every bite was delightful.

A bunch of scallions was topped on the scallion ramen! Literally a mountain amount of scallion! Unexpectedly brought a freshly herby taste in the ramen. Impressive! 🥳

Tofu was served burning hot 🥵 Friendly reminder to wait a while before actually eating or if you don't mind, poke some holes to cool it down. It wasn't crispy after deep fried but the crust absorbed all the sauce. Very pleasant but not overpowering. Tofu was silky smooth and had a soy taste. Highly recommend🤩

Dumplings were another highlight🤩 Very crispy bottom with thin wrapping. Stuffing with balance amount of chives and meat. Chives gave an enjoyable aroma. Love that!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Efficient on service but never forget their smile.

Reminder for garlic lover, raw minced garlic can he asked to serve with your dish! 😋😋

A big thumb up.! And lunch set deal was cheap! 👍🏾
