Halfway coffee has two stores at Sheung wan, this is the original and slightly hidden one of the two. Personally I love the interior of this store. It has one of the better ambience and mood, an environment that encourages you to slow down a bit which is much needed in Hong Kong. I want to first appreciate and say that their matcha latte with oatly is perhaps one of my favourites in Hong Kong. The drink was not only fragrant, but also very very smooth. I’m not sure whether the hot Hong Kong day made this iced drink better than it was, but this is a drink I would return for. The iced latte was also of similar quality. It was smooth and had good quality coffee beans. It was a shame that we didn’t stay for their brunch menu, but the drinks are a definite yes.
