Questionable originality

The originality and the idea of dishes is very questionable. Their "Long tomato salad" seems like an exact replica of Alinea's dish. The Krug Room even uses the same utensil from Alinea for their beef carpaccio. Very disappointing.Hong Kong does not need copy cats.
