Heard about their signature stir-fried beef noolde for a while. Gave it a try this day. However, I was told the flat/fat noodle was finished. I chose the other rice verminceli to do the stir-fried noodle. The meat they used/gave to me was not beef; I would say sliced pork. Anyway, it was tasteless as they used frozen one, not the fresh pork meat ?! The noodle was done very well - it came with WOK HEI - super hot and tasty. The noodle was better than the pork meat, funny enough. Have to come back
