I talked to the restaurant manager and he explained to me the mistakes that the staff had made and apologised. He told me that the service has always been up to standard and hope we will pay another visit. Last night, we had dinner at a restaurant managed by the same group - Belgos East Restaurant - Taikoo Place. The food and service are excellent! We had the signature dishes - white wine mussles, pork ribs, lamp chops, desserts!The white wine sauce was so delicious and the ribs were so tender.T

The apple tart with vanila ice-cream recommended by the manager was really worth eating!
We forgot what had happened at Grappa's Millennio and enjoyed the night with drinks and good food at Belgos East!
Sure we will go back to the restaurants very soon since we believe in the management! We must say the italian pizzas and pasta are really good and we'd give it another chance!!!
