Walked in around 8:30pm and was shown to an empty spot on the high table, looking at the open kitchen and the entry on the ground floor.  Ordered the specail with raw beef, flank, tendon, tripe, beef ball etc.  the Pho came within a few minutes and was thankfully not piping hot but still enough temperature to blanch the raw beef.   I find the soup on the sweet side to my taste and perhaps not quite enough beef taste, but that's my only complaint.  the pho itself is lovely, the various types of b

Walked in around 8:30pm and was shown to an empty spot on the high table, looking at the open kitchen and the entry on the ground floor.  Ordered the specail with raw beef, flank, tendon, tripe, beef ball etc.  the Pho came within a few minutes and was thankfully not piping hot but still enough temperature to blanch the raw beef.   I find the soup on the sweet side to my taste and perhaps not quite enough beef taste, but that's my only complaint.  the pho itself is lovely, the various types of beef all good in their own right and the beef ball had the satisfying spongy texture, the bean sprouts and various greens all very fresh.  
Other Info. : Would return as a last minute walk-in for a quick fix, but if i have time i'd leg it to some other places for a less sweet soup.
