Gala place which used to be a commercial building houses a floor of restaurants on the 8th floor which is nice and dead quiet during the afternoons as the hotpot are not on promotion.Anyway, as I had a HKD250 voucher to use, I decided to go myself because it was more cost effective that way in the sense that you only get charged one set of sauces.Sauces, salad and fruits are unlimited in the bar area so if you just order a bowl of rice you are sorted.As it was lunch, I tried all four soups with

As it was lunch, I tried all four soups with rice as I wasn't hungry.
The four soups are cooling coconut, herbal chicken, spicy nourishing and Beauty collagen.
The coconut was too sweet for my liking so out of the four my favourite was the beauty collagen which was savoury.
Also orded snow fungas which was a good source of collagen.
Overall, quite a nice place for hot pot in the afternoon if you are looking for a quiet environment but it might get busier if they do some afternoon specials.
