After a long day in TST on a Sunday, the 5 of us thought of many places that we wanted to eat at, but we all just wanted to eat and go home, so we came to this quiet Irish Pub. Environment & Hygiene:A typcial pub environment with darts on the wall. It was spacious inside, and since it was not busy, every table had its own privacy. It was dark inside so I apologize if my pictures are dark as well. Hygiene was okay.Service:Like at any bars/pubs, it was hard getting the attention of the servers. W

Service:Like at any bars/pubs, it was hard getting the attention of the servers. When someone finally came around, she was actually friendly and helpful.
Taste & Value:
The 5 of us shared 1 appetizer and 5 mains.
1. Potato Skins My cousin said that the potato skins here were amazing, but she was really disappointed when they arrived since they were different from what she had remembered. The ones she had, had bacon and green onions, but these had coleslaw and chicken instead. They were okay. The potato part was warm and crunchy, and the toppings were cold and also had a crunch from the coleslaw. Everyone liked them, but I think I still prefer the original bacon/cheese/green onions potato skins.
2. Chicken Fajitas This was the best dish of the night. The chicken was hot and sizzling on the hot plate when it was served. 5 tortillas were served on the side, so we each got 1 each. Perfect! There were quite a few pieces of chicken, which surprisingly were not dry at all. The meat was actually very tender, juicy and flavourful.
3. Guinness Beef Pie I like alcohol in food, so I had epxectations for this dish. However, it tasted no different from ones that I can make at home. Yes, the beef was tender, the sauce was rich and heavy, but I don't feel it was worth $178. It was a dish, in which you got tired of eating after a bite.
4. Spinach/mushroom Cannoli This dish was second in taste this night. These tubes were very cheesy, and were quite good. Flavours were good, but they were cold. It was just the sauce below that was slighty warm that made them okay to eat.
5. Fish & Chips I thought the dish looked cool and authentic when I saw the newspaper wrapped around the fish & chips. However, I was disappointed once again. The chips were very crunchy and good, but the fish was just terrible. Have you ate fish at a Chinese restaurant? Imagine that fish, but in this case. It just didn't go. It was awful!
6. Burger When I thought that nothing could be worse than the fish & chips, this burger came. I have never had such an awful tasting beef patty in my life. It fell apart, and was very dry and chewy. I wouldn't have another bite if there was a gun at my head.
Final Verdict:No wonder there were only a few tables there on a Sunday night. I won't be going again.
