Herbs roasted pig cartilage 香草醬燒豬軟骨 $198 It came faster than we expected as the menu stated 15-min wait (perhaps because we ordered that ONCE I was seated, before deciding other orders and we went earlier at around 7ish) It was so good! It was kinda huge (especially for 2 girls who are always moaning about going on diet), but the huge piece was packed with cartilage instead of meat, unlike the usual pig cartilage which are the other way round (i.e. lots of meat and small portion of cartilage). It was kinda huge (especially for 2 girls who are always moaning about going on diet), but the huge piece was packed with cartilage instead of meat, unlike the usual pig cartilage which are the other way round (i.e. lots of meat and small portion of cartilage). The cartilage was not very very soft but all were edible.
And it felt so good when every bite was full of cartilage instead of meat, enjoyed the contradicting brittle yet soft of the cartilage and feel less guilt
Enjoyed the BBQ sauce, too!

Tasted like mutton shashlik from Xinjiang 新疆 to me~ well seasoned, and lamb quite tender It also came with honey mustard and pickled cucumbers. White CoCo (Coconut) $68
Basically a drink with coconut milk and cream. Not super sweet and quite refreshing. Gelato Rose $38
Glad to have tried this! The rose flavor was spectacular!! Great way to end!
