I saw this place before we moved to Sheung Wan and it looked so great. When our movers took their lunch break, we headed over to grab some sandwiches. The sandwiches are all very simple, each with typically three of the following: ham, parma ham, pickles, butter, cheese, tomatoes. For example, I got one with ham, tomatoes, and a herb-cheese spread. The star of the show is of course the baguette. They're crispy and also soft, and warm and bready and not overpowering.

The ham was both great-looking and great tasting and the spread was tangy. Things came together rather perfectly.

My wife's opinion was that the baguettes at La Baguette in LKF (which I think is now called "Fresh") are better. I'm not so sure about that. We both thought the sandwiches were great, though not quite filling on their own.

Still, highly recommended. A
