My “family clan” usually preorder seafood from wet market (not fr Lei Yuen Mun stalls) and take it to this restaurant for them to cook for us. I must have been to this place at least twice a year over the last 10 yrs or so. Each time 25+ headcount.

This time it was my mother’s farewell dinner back to the US. She has to come here at least once during each visit to HK.

Their #1 dish in my mind is the braised fish head and fillet. The flour coating was not too thick and the sauce just hanged onto the fish. My second favorite is their pan fried prawns w soy sauce. Not too salty and you can smell the fragrance from the soy sauce a mile away. Also did a nice job steaming the abalone. I thought the scallops and the razor clams were a bit over cooked. Need to remind them next time. They also did a nice job on the fried rice.

This place is not fancy but it’s clean. Service is quite okay-friendly and attentive.
