聚福樓 (Closed)

Despite the Covid-19, this cafe was open. I felt comforted to know that they have taken the measure of asking everyone to wear a mask to enter the restaurant and must have their temperature taken prior. My lunch was surprisingly lovely and my dirty chai was great. Happy to have gotten a table today to meet a few friends. I would come back for sure
