6 kinds of ramen noodles are all in tomato soup base. I ordered clams tomato soup ramen. It came after about reasonable 10 minutes. The presentation looks nice, while the soup cover all noodles and even clams. A zip of soup, is thick and very tomato! Slight patch of mozarella added the complexity, and the freshness of clam juice slowly appear too. Around 10 pieces of clams in the ramen, which taste fresh. At the end, I ordered extra noodle, because I had my lunch very early. even though there was a mix-up and delay, the Chef was nice to address the problem to me himself, and brought me an extra bowl of tomato soup. The frankness and hospitality, along with great taste would certainly bring me back to this small little ramen shop.
Other Info. :
Do ask for a cup of water if you need one, or Cola/Nestle tea cost you 10$
