沾麵 is always the most popular dish at 神山麺屋. However, I have ordered the ramen soup instead.The soup base was very very rich and the cha siu was tender and juicy. The soft boiled egg was just right.I need to drink plenty of water as the soup base taste too strong.神山麺屋 is located in APM which is very convenient for people who work around. There were always people waiting outside this shop during lunch hour.I would like to try other flavour and their 沾麵 next time when I come.
