As I was looking for a birthday cake, stumbled upon this one and got a strawberry cake.From the outside, it appeared to be a strawberry cake possibly filled with fruit.The moment of truth came when the birthday person sliced it.It was really smart how they used the angel chiffon cake (the one with a hole in the middle) and smothered it with cream and stuffed the center with strawberries.The top strawberries were fresh ones and the chopped strawberries in the middle were sweetened to balance the

It was really smart how they used the angel chiffon cake (the one with a hole in the middle) and smothered it with cream and stuffed the center with strawberries.
The top strawberries were fresh ones and the chopped strawberries in the middle were sweetened to balance the fresh ones.Overall, the presentation of the cake was nice and cake had a very eggy taste.
The cream was a bit hongkie style for my liking.
