最近成日想食少少辣野, 經朋友介紹下, 今天跟奶奶一起去中環一間傳統印度餐廳食咖哩, 一入餐廳,已傳出陣陣的氛香的咖喱味, 而餐廳的裝橫亦好有印度風味.在上菜前, 侍應便送上薄脆餅及3種source - 羅望子醬, 薄荷乳酪, 鹹辣醬. 雖然想食辣又唔可以太辣, 所以我個人覺得薄荷乳酪配上小辣的薄脆餅味道好夾.首先送上烤魚塊(Fish Tikka), 來到的時候連鐵板燒一起上, 斑塊燒得表皮略帶焦黑,外微脆內香軟, 除了一股炭燒香味, 還感到輕微的煙燻味,起初擔心怕腥的 Mr. L 吃不到, 點知佢OK, 而且吃了2件. 我們亦叫了芝士燴菠菜茸, 其實我都有d怕佢好漏, 點知芝士做到好似豆腐的口感, 而且不膩, 雖然我不太愛吃菠菜, 但這個跟平日的煮法好不同, 好入味, 又ok 喎原來傳統印度餐廳除辣咖哩外, 亦有好多少辣的汁, 而侍應介紹了我們白腰果汁(Korma)咖哩雞, 果然只係微辣, 雞亦非常嫰滑, 配上烤餅, 好幸福呀. Samosa 即咖哩角, 皮帶點酥香,脆得黎不易碎,食出裡面有薯蓉、咖哩、綠豆、仲有薯仔粒,充實了成個餡料,微辣帶香口,而且內外都夠晒熱辣辣, 香口,不過
