Rare found: One of the best deep fried drumstick

This cha chen tang is so rural, its in Mui Wo. Close to the pier, turn right after Jockey club. However, it has one of the best HK Style Tea set here. I had deep fried drum stick. It was super hot when served. The skin is extremely crispy. I can literally here the big noise I made when chewing on the crunchy skin. Oh just the thought of it waters my mouth. It comes with crinkle- cut french fries. They are equally good as well.
