They have special options like shrimp wonton with abalone and XO sauce and crab meat scallop dumpling. I decided to stick with Chinese chives pork dumplings and shrimp wonton. The wonton was impressive! Crunchy fresh shrimps with intense umami of blended crustaceans.

Tried it the first time when I had Sichuan cuisine. Its maltiness also paired well with hotpot.
