They have special options like shrimp wonton with abalone and XO sauce and crab meat scallop dumpling. I decided to stick with Chinese chives pork dumplings and shrimp wonton. The wonton was impressive! Crunchy fresh shrimps with intense umami of blended crustaceans.

Freshly caught from the fish tank. I almost wanted to ask for a knife to eat it raw! Boiled it for about 5mins. Sweet and extra tender.

So rare in HK! No gaminess, pleasantly sweet. Good balance of lean meat and fat. Very tender cut.

Tried it the first time when I had Sichuan cuisine. Its maltiness also paired well with hotpot.
