Perfent kitchen is a gym + restaurant concept space. The space is located in one of the many factories in Kwun Tong and it is divided half into a private gym and a dining area. The equiped gym is right next to the dining area and the machines are professional including the very trendy TRX. The bar offers a few protein shakes mixed with some fruits but we didn't try that because our set comes with soup and drinks with an extra $38. The drink came first which we ordered coffee and lemon tea. The drink came first which we ordered coffee and lemon tea. They are pretty standard just like any other HK style western restaurants.

Their daily soup was pumpkin soup. It was house blended with a semi0thick texture. Maybe the restaurant features health food, the soup was quite light in taste just a very low amoutn of salt/pepper/cream.

Before our main course arrived, I have to stress that the service wasn't the fastest ever. It literally took 45mins for them to bring over the lamb chop, and 1 hour for the salmon dish. My friend almost finished her course before my dish arrived which wasn't too nice.

Lamb Chop

The lamb chops are quite uneven in terms of the doneness. Three pieces embraces 3 stages of texture, from tender, cooked, to done. It was not too salty but the mash was actually very buttery.

I found that the salmon was pan fried instead and there was no white wine flavour at all. But anyway, it was nicely fried with a light battered skin. The meat itself was pretty raw and uncooked yet with a moist texture. The scallops are just okay while the mash has the same buttery taste. The mixed veggies at the bottom are rather cold and I think I would prefer some hotter food.

p.s. their pasta and salad are super doper big in size and they are almost like double the size of some Western restaurants!
