Had the scrambled egg with pork cutlet and usually the egg is on a bed of cabbage but here they mixed the egg with shredded lettuce.The egg was so salty and and it wasn't even scrambled.The texture of it was like boiled strands of egg when you put egg in hot water.It was super reassuring to find egg shell in it too because it was reassuring that it was a real egg, but hopefully there was no salmonella or bacteria because people don't wash eggs before they crack them.Lastly, they prefer people to
