Not just a minced beef patty but a real 8oz U.S. steak in my burger. No frills with just tomato, lettuce and thick thick fries. I have a thing for hanger steak because it's lean but juicy at the same time (less greasy). The stringy muscular texture with rich beefy flavor make the cut very addictive. Fyi, this is in the special Texas month menu. Oh ye-ah, I don't mind coming back for this again and again if a sexy cowboy asks me out *did I just drool on my shirt? Not again...
