Dear All Food Lover:I cannot type in Chinese and so, I will type in English. I just wanted to express my disappointment with this resturant as I got a really bad service today from them. Dont' get me wrong as I have been a loyal customer to this resturant. But today during after tea time, I visited the place to have their popular advised "butter bun" for around 11 dollars including a hot milk tea. Getting back to the story, I ordered the "butter bun" and a hot milk tea around 4:00 p.m. today and
I cannot type in Chinese and so, I will type in English. I just wanted to express my disappointment with this resturant as I got a really bad service today from them. Dont' get me wrong as I have been a loyal customer to this resturant. But today during after tea time, I visited the place to have their popular advised "butter bun" for around 11 dollars including a hot milk tea.
Getting back to the story, I ordered the "butter bun" and a hot milk tea around 4:00 p.m. today and waited for about 10 minute and saw the waitress holding around 3 "butter bun". 1 out of the 3 looked not as nice as the other 2. And I got the not so good one. What I mean is that the "butter bun" should have a nice crispy skin on top ( Please see the picture) while the other 2 had nice crispy skin. I ask the waitress to exchange it for me but she refused and saying things like " What do you expect the bun that cost around $11 dollars be? " I got reallly upset as I said I have been a loyal customer to this resturant and they refuse to exchange for me!! I have complain to another waitress and they all say "all bun are like that!". Please see the picture to judge for yourself.
As a result; from now on! I will boycott this resturant and never go there again!
