AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!! Didn’t plan to come back after having a bad experience with their services from my last visit. Revisited this place today cause I was thinking their service level might have improved. But I was soooo wrong. Their employees are still really rude….
After ordering some cakes as our afternoon tea (at 2pm), the Asian short hair waitress ordered the Indian waitress to come tell us they actually have a minimum charge of $150 per person (after one of the cakes arrived at our table😂). This is like a rip off when this statement isn’t stated on the food menu and when this wasn’t mentioned when we first landed the restaurant.
It’s okay if that’s a new policy but you need to be upfront with your customers.
The waitresses here thought they are working for a 5 stars restaurant😂😅 They are just very arrogant and not being well educated by their owners.
With the poor service that we got, we ended up leaving the restaurant. No point to waste money in a place that you can’t buy happiness
Definitely not coming back anymore for the bad service. Ended up went to Joel Robuchon in Landmark which is really close by to experience a way better service😅
