This restaurant sits on the second floor of a building on Caine Rd. Oddly, the neon sign on the building is for a Thai restaurant but you can find it from the signboard that they place out on the sidewalk. There is nothing fancy about this restaurant but for a good, cheap meal it is one of the better places in the mid-levels. For HK$100 you can get more than enough food for two plus tea. Every time we have gone we have been able to walk right in and get a table. The service is fine for the type of restaurant and the waitresses are attentive with refilling drinks and helpful with ordering. They all speak enough English to answer questions about the menu if you don't speak Mandarin (which is what most of the staff speaks) or Cantonese.

We have tried a few different items on the menu. Despite the restaurant name I don't think their dumplings are anything special. We usually get the green beans with pork, one other item and a plate of dumplings. We always leave full, happy and barely any lighter in the wallet!
