I was attracted to this little restaurant by its simple banner and tomato soup base.Anyway i ordered a bowl of instant noodles in tomato soup base with fish belly.For people who dont like tomato, there is fish soup base too.The noodles tasted just right, not too soft and not too hard, and nice and tangy in the tomato sauce. I really liked the tomato soup base, tasted natural.In addition there were two tofu puffs in the soup.The fish belly that came with it was tender, and there was an extra dish

For people who dont like tomato, there is fish soup base too.
The noodles tasted just right, not too soft and not too hard, and nice and tangy in the tomato sauce. I really liked the tomato soup base, tasted natural.
In addition there were two tofu puffs in the soup.
The fish belly that came with it was tender, and there was an extra dish if soy sauce for dipping, and a spare plate to put the bones.
I really liked that arrangement, not too messy as I could dispose of the bones on the plate.
Apart from fish belly, there are many other choices, including, fish head, fish balls, fried eggs, chicken wings etc.
