There are no separate charges for spending time with the cats, only need to meet a minimum order amount which was a set per person. The moment we arrived, we were greeted coldly and bluntly by a server, a girl with dyed blonde hair and piercings. Immediately it wasnt a great vibe, but being in a space with many cute cats was the reason we were there so it didnt take away from our excitment. Our group of 4 persons went on a weekday afternoon, and it was noisy and filled. Lots of people swinging own cat toys in the cats faces and children chasing after cats trying to get away. The cats all seem mellow but clearly all of them had had enough of being pet and touched. None of them were eager for human contact. Found out that you can only purchase cat treats after you finish your food, and by that time they had sold out of their quota. While we were eating another table purchased the canned cat food to feed the cats and many cats flocked over to get the tiniest smear on a spoon, they seemed so hungry, it seems that they keep the cats hungry to keep them going to the customers. There was a little bengal type cat that was so skinny and screaming for food. A lot of people ignored signage and bothered sleeping cats, and some of the customers and children were quite overwhelming and rough. It's not a great place to be for a cat. The staff were mostly cold and indifferent. All of them looked pissed, and the fat one with glasses snapped at a child who wasn't doing anything inappropriate (only had a hand on the cats back to pet it, and the cat was stretching), but did not say anything to others who were harassing the cats? Overall it was OK, food and drinks were good, but the ambience and service rate on the low end. The cats need a better environment.
