It was usually hard to find a place to dine in during weekend, espcially on a Saturday night. After catching a late noon movie around TST area, we decided to find a place to have our dinner. It was situated at Hillwood Road, the narrow alley leading out to the main road of Nathan Road. It catered mostly to the dinner and supper crowd as it only open from 5pm onwards. It was located on the 2nd floor and can seat quite a huge number of people, around 100 strong.

They have 3 pricing for their main BBQ buffet. The price is the same for customers who left before 7.30pm and dine in after 9.30pm, at a price of $218. For customers who left after 7.30pm, the price will be $238 as this will be the peak timing. For Friday and weekdays, there will be an additional $10 incurred.

For customers who preferred seafood, they can order squid, abalone & lobster separately, of course with additional cost.

They are quite unique in a way that the chef come up with different marinated sauce for customers to dip in, namely Singapore sauce, satay sauce & BBQ sauce etc.

From the menu, the food offered is quite comprehensive. It ranges from snacks, beef, lamb, chicken, pork, balls, vegetables, desserts, main course, fish and drinks etc.

I choose Singapore and satay sauce as it was not that common. Satay sauce was slightly on the sweet side while Singapore sauce has some peppery taste in it.

Lobster ball was soft and bouncy, can feel the elastic in it. Beef was not bad either, tender and juicy.

Fish was considered decent as i could still smell the rawness in it. There is a lot of small little bones in it, thus need to be careful when eating.

Pork bone was juicy, retaining some fats in it. It was already marinated with some sweet sauce, thus i need not dip with sauce.

Corn was one of the better one i preferred here, it was juicy and crunchy. When applied with some butter, it was even more yummy. As for the veggies, it was slightly dry and tough.

As we liked to try on their abalone, thus we pay an additional $10 per abalone. For the price, i could not fault much on it. It was slightly tough and i need to chew longer than usual to finish it off.

For the price, it was quite reeasonable and value for money. For people who was around this area, it was a place worth trying out for.
