I have been a loyalty customer for Burger Mix in the past. Recently, I have visited Burger Mix again. The experience was very disappointing... I am not sure if this is due to the fact that their business has really been going too well. The service is definitely not acceptable. The people are there more for their own fun than serving us as a customer. I am not sure if this is due to the fact that their business has really been going too well. The service is definitely not acceptable. The people are there more for their own fun than serving us as a customer. When I was trying to ask the guy there a few more questions before I made my choice, he definitely wasn't very helpful and tried to make me to make a decision quickly. And, the place is definitely very dirty. In this summer time, it is just too hard to wait in this dirty environment...
Despite these two problems, the food quality is actually not bad... I am not sure if I will go back again....
