To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天book了一點鐘，早大概十分鐘到，reception在一條窄窄的走廊，但是地方沒有人在位處理，前前後後就週圍佈滿了客人，分唔清楚，邊度排隊，幾分鐘之後，服務員來到，根本沒有處理秩序，邊個湧上前面，在混亂中報到，就是第一步，但是即是book了，依然無了期地等，在座很多人鼓譟，他們說book了十二點半也未入座。我在現場等了15分鐘，才有機會向前報到，但見到前面on list的人，有十幾張枱。 如果是這樣，booking有什麼意思？ 現場reception來來去去得一個服務員，但是要處理人潮如用的客人，根本間接製造混亂。這間酒樓去年食過一次，食物質素類似公共屋邨的平民酒樓，但價錢就中環價錢。唯一優點就係在中環較方便的地方，方便見朋友。但由於管理極度混亂，完全摧毀這個優點了。以後不會再去。不知所謂的垃圾級別酒樓。
