Reception needs more support

Food was great, great open view and price was reasonable. Lack of communication between those taking bookings and reception and support for reception resulting in major miscommunication. Don’t walk in on weekends everyone has booked a table. Even if you’ve reserved you still need to wait at least 30 minutes.
