Always down to Nine phoenixes for their rice noodles whenever I’m in Central recently.Personal recommendation would definitely be their chicken. Different from Tamjai or other rice noodles eateries, their chicken is truly amazing, and I really fancy how tender their chicken is. I once tried their signature grilled pork jowl though it was way below my expectations— with only powdered flavours dusted on top but not marinated into the pork.
Regardless, it’s a decently priced option in Central if you’re on a tight budget and looking for some warm broth and noodles. Just be aware of the waiting time and come ahead before lunchtime.
