Shrimp Cocktail 這個像雞尾酒一樣的蝦杯絕對係呃Like 之物,底下放咗乾冰之後造出一個仙氣下凡的樣子,那個蝦的鮮甜,同個樣一樣有板有眼。

我好少見咁大份嘅沙律,Red Lobster Salad 以他們招牌的紅龍蝦為主角,送上這個紅龍蝦招牌沙律,老實講,非常好食,那個蝦鉗已經值回票價,沙律都唔係求其貨色,總之呢個一定有驚喜。

然後送上的Ultimate Feast無敵海鮮大餐,應有盡有,應該係人都會選到自己喜歡的一樣,有蟹腳,有蝦,有炸蝦,有龍蝦尾,你愛食乜就食乜,而且又係價錢相宜,剩係食蟹腳都已經又抵又正,最緊要今晚仲要靚仔幫你拆蟹腳,夫復何求。

Land and sea 海陸雙鮮有勁正嘅肉眼牛扒和名貴的龍蝦尾,平時你係美心好有名間扒食呢個combination ,價錢一定貴好多,而且要特別讚係舊龍蝦尾加少少油香,那爽甜的美,令人享受得很。

Live Maine Lobster Steamed 美式蒸活龍蝦絕對係一個賞心樂事,又好食又好睇,店員會幫你生拆成隻龍蝦,由拆完到完整上枱俾你影相再食得都只不過十分鐘唔使嘅時間,最重要係夠新鮮,甜得要命。(題外話,用龍蝦頭蝦膏造成嘅醬汁,一定要試。)

我愛死這個意粉, shrimp Pasta with Lobster Cream Sauce 雖然大蝦意粉配龍蝦醬無乜名貴野,但係我想起了carbone,雖然沒有佢咁出色,但也不錯,特別那個龍蝦醬實在叫人著迷。
